The Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation and the Kansas Mission of Mercy would not exist without the help of our volunteers and donors. Thousands of individuals have in one way or another, played a tremendous roll in our existence and we wish to thank each and every person who has helped Make a Difference.
All gifts to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation are tax deductible under IRS regulations and should be payable to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation.
SENDING A CHECK | GIFTS IN “MEMORY” OR “HONOR” OF A FRIEND OR LOVED ONE | INCLUDING THE KANSASDENTAL CHARITABLE FOUNDATION IN YOUR WILL OR TRUST |
Checks should be payable to Kansas Dental Charitable Foundationand mailed to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation, 5200 SW Huntoon., Topeka, KS 66604. A formal gift receipt will be returned to the donor for individual financial and tax records. | Gifts to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation in memory of — or in honor of — a friend or loved one are welcome throughout the year. All that is needed is that the giver include with their check a note indicating who is the honoree (please print names) and who should be notified at what address. A special letter is sent to the family of the honoree indicating the gift has been made. The letter does NOT indicate the amount of the gift. A copy of the letter is also sent to the donor to confirm the honoree or honoree’s family has been notified. | The Foundation can be a part of your estate plan by including the following language in your will or trust document:”…to the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation, a Kansas nonprofit corporation, with its principal office in Topeka, KS, for the benefit and use by the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation, 5200 SW Huntoon, Topeka, Kansas 66604, for the purposes and objectives for which it was created and exists, as may be recommended by the Director of the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation.”
