KMOM 2021 Rescheduled for July 23-24 in Wichita
The Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation (KDCF) is pleased to announce that the previously postponed 2021 Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM) free dental clinic has been rescheduled for July 23-24 at Century II – Bob Brown Expo Hall in Wichita.
KMOM 2021 will be the organization’s 20th KMOM project, and the third project hosted in Wichita (the first in 2006 and the second in 2013).
During each annual two-day event, KMOM volunteers work together to provide patients with free fillings and extractions on a first-come, first-served basis. The 2021 event will look a little different, as we implement social distancing, mask wearing, and other precautions due to the ongoing pandemic.
KDCF targets its services to low-income individuals and families through local schools, churches, community programs, and service organizations.
To date, KMOM has provided more than $19 million in donated dental care to over 30,000 patients.
If you or someone you know could benefit from services provided at KMOM, please visit our Patient Information page to learn more about the event. We will post additional updates on this page as we get closer to the event.
Volunteer registration will open online roughly 6 weeks prior to KMOM Wichita. Dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, dental office staff, translators, and general volunteers will be needed. Look for hotel information, parking passes, and more on our Volunteers page.
